Shipping Policy

At Savge Charmz Online, we offer two shipping methods depending on the product 

   - Shipped directly from our global warehouses.  Processing time 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary by location: USA 7-12 days

Shipping Carrier & Time

• We ship via USPS (U.S. Postal Service).

• Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or high volume.

Shipping Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer must cover reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in USPS possession.

• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office.

No Shipping Refunds

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a package is lost or delayed by USPS.

• Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
